• Bookings are acceptable by telephone, fax, post, e-mail or via this website

• Where a 'Return discounted price' is quoted, full payment is due on completion of the outward journey

• Your booking will be confirmed by post or e-mail, with details of the journey, your driver collection times and duty mobile number for use in emergencies

• To avoid wasting time, wherever practical our drivers check flight arrival times. Should our driver have to wait at the airport for over an hour, we reserve the right to charge £10/hour or part thereof, otherwise only the cost of car parking is payable

• Whatever the day or time there is no extra charge for unsociable hours. Payments can be made by cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Unicorn Courtesy Cars Ltd' or directly to the driver, as advised upon satisfactory completion of the initial journey
